I am not at all a Breakfast eater! I usually eat a small cup of yoghurt in the morning but not before 10am.
So many sources tell me ( my mum 🙂 but also so many Blogs and nutritionists) how unhealthy und stupid it is because you start your day in a bad way. If you eat Breakfast you have more energy for the day and may also need less food during the day (unhealthy snacks and sweets – you know what i mean)!
So here is a fast and very easy recipe I tried this week inspired by Jamie Olives new Book EVERYDAY SUPER FOOD
” PORRIDGE with three different toppings”
Its super delicious and very easy – I used:
- 1 cup of tea to 3 cups of water (pour it all together and slowly start boiling it, keep stiring all the time until you have the desired consistency)
- ad a sip of milk if you like it more smoothly
then get creative with the toppings I used
- Banana and cocoa powder
- a fruit mix, organic yoghurt and honey
and the not so diet version
- butter, brown sugar and cinnamon 🙂
So there you go – easy, simple and delicious!!!!
