Hey Everyone its Lunchtime!
These little treats are great – Poppadums are gluten-free, low in calories (if you don’t eat 100) and high in protein! In Jamie Olivers new Book “EVERYDAY SUPER FOOD” he introduces four different versions and I have tried my adaptions of two of them!
“Feta Cheese, Chili combined with Tomatoes and Green Peppers”
“Sliced pickled Cucumber & Carrot with Sesame Seeds and Cottage Cheese”
I adore the taste of the poppadoms so much – they taste almost like popcorn but yet different. They are literally done in 3 seconds and are perfect for a healthy and light lunch!
Be creative with the toppings – there is really no end to it – sweet, sour or hot – they all work for me 🙂
