Granola To Go! – or like we call it “Birchermüesli”

Hello you lovely People!

This is what I made for Breakfast today! A Granola to go – everyone is eating it at the moment and its really trendy – however in Switzerland we have been eating Birchermüesli for decades now. You can buy it in every bakery in the morning but lots of us just prepare it the night before work.

For this healthy and balanced version I used:

1 cup of oatmeal (overnight in milk (soy,almond…)

10 raisins

6 walnuts

1 Banana cut in pieces

1 handful of frozen fruit

1/2 cup of yoghurt (use whatever flavor you like)

1 sip of agave sirup

table spoon of different seeds: pumpkin,sunflower and flax seeds

There you have it- a healthy and trendy Granola to Go or the swiss way “Birchermüesl” to Go 🙂
