Sport – How to stay Motivated

Hello lovely People!

Like previously mentioned in my “About” Post – this Blog its not only abut Food  – I am also really passionate about Fitness and Sport!

This post is all about staying focused, on track and motivated to achieve exactly the goal you want to reach. Sometimes what I felt was that its not even doing the exercises and bearing the exhaustion or pain – its more about staying motivated and keep on doing it. For me this was key to loosing weight – staying motivated!!!

1st At Home Workouts

In the beginning I wasn’t a gym goer. I was not fit and embarrassed – So most of my exercises I did and still do at Home! There are thousands and millions of fitness videos, youtube videos and guides flowing around which are the perfect way to beginn working out and staying motivated. If you keep doing the videos, you will recognize your body changing and most importantly your mindset changing. There are Beginnes, Intermediate and Advanced videos just keep pushing yourself! I adore the following channels and guides:


RL Healthy

Kayla Itsines    Bikini Body Guide (I am currently on week 3 and its pretty intense but ensures great results)

2nd Little Helpers 

As I was saying, most of the time I work out at home. These little helpers make your exercises so much more effective and diverse! There’s nothing more boring than doing the same old training everyday! You’r body will appreciate a diverse training and you will get better results! Here are my favorite:

  • Ankle weights and normal dumbbells
  • Different fitness videos
  • Skipping ropes
  • Water Bottle to stay hydrated


3rd Outfit

I know this might sound weird but when I am wearing a nice good looking sporty outfit, I instantly get more motivated. When I’m laying around on my couch in my trainers, I don’t have the right mindset – so if you’re not in mood for a work out – just put on your workout clothes and wait. Most of the time I’m like: Oh, now I am wearing it  – so just get over with. Seems too easy but works for me 🙂 I adore colorful outfits such as:
