What better than a lovely good looking good smelling and good tasting “Beautiful Berry Smoothie” for Breakfast!!!
For this fantastic Drink I used:
- Cup of Oats
- Cup of Lactose-Free Milk
- Hand full of mixed Berries
- Variation of Seed: Flex, Pumpkin…
- Sip of Maple Sirup
- 2 Table Spoons of yoghurt
- little bit of ginger
Mix Mix Mix – DONE!!!! How beautiful is that color!!
Due to the Oats and the other beautiful ingredients this Smoothie will keep you saturated till noon easily!!!!
