Raspberry Hazelnut Scones

Vegan Scones Recipe

Hello Everyone

I am so exited that finally I achieved one baking recipe I didn’t completely mess up!!! These little cuties are my interpretation of the Scones from the Book Deliciously Ella. I used Hazelnuts instead of almonds for example. The recipe is really simple but the Scones tastes so good!!!

 

2Preheat the oven to 180° (35-40min)

I used:

  • 2 Cups of Flour
  • 2 Cups of grounded Hazelnuts
  • 1 Cup of Almond Milk
  • 3 TS Apple Puree
  • 4 TS Maple Syrup
  • Raspberries

This tastes perfectly with a flavored yoghurt. I used natural yoghurt and mixed it with Strawberry Jam !!! Yam 🙂
