4 Ways to get over your Monday Blues

Good Morning Everyone

Its Monday again and like so many of you I am in a Monday Blues. A new  week lies ahead of us and the Weekend is so far away. However, I have though about how I could get over our funk 🙂 So here is my Monday Inspiration:

1.Prepare yourself a Healthy Breakfast – This could be an amazing Granola to Go or if you have more time try a lovely Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes and Feta Cheese recipe! Breakfast is so important, it helps you to start your week with a smile and something good for your Body! You will have enough energy to keep going until noon and overcome you sugar cravings 🙂 You can do it – stay strong – fight your sugar cravings and it will be a good monday 🙂

2. Morning Energy Drink – to every healthy Breakfast there belongs some kind of a super delicious waking and spirit starting Energy Drink. This perfect tasty Beautiful Berry Breakfast Smoothie will wake you up asap and make you feel ready for work right away!

3. Set yourself a Week goal! I try to plan my workouts in beginning of the week – please stop making excuses 🙂 start NOW. Try to incorporate different workouts so you don’t get bored and your body exercises different areas. Normally I do a workout on Monday, Wednesday and Friday plus an extensive workout on the weekend. Check out my article on Sport – How to stay motivated! Exercising makes you so happy – I promise you and it will help you get out of your Monday Blues.

4. Finally Plan an Evening out – something you can look forward to in midweek – something like a date night with your boy/girlfriend or plan an evening at the movies. Really just anything you like and you can look forward to.

    Something that really helps get over my Monday Blues is that I know I will be meeting my friends every Wednesday (= I love your breakfast ideas! I don’t really like drinking AND eating on any meal, but I might just try the recipes you mentioned on different days. And about week goals, honestly, my only goal is to be able to do all I’m supposed to, cause guuuurl, it’s tough! hahaha xx
