Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Hello you lovely People

So yesterday I was in a Monday Blues and tried to explain how I trie to drag myself out of that miserable feeling and there was a funny interesting follow up question – If I knew then how to become a morning Person 🙂

Sadly I don’t! 🙂 If any of you have any Idea on how change being sleepy and grumpy in the morning let me and us know!

My approach today is this lovely Blueberry Energy Smoothie – I hope you enjoy it and please let me know what you think 🙂

I used:

  • 1 Cup of Blueberries (frozen)
  • 7-10 Macadamia Nuts
  • 1/2 frozen Banan
  • 2 TS Chia Seeds
  • 200ml of Coconut Water (for extra energy) /or Almond Milk for a Milk Shake
  • Sip of lemon juice
  • 2 TS of Honey

    Good morning 🙂 I find the easiest way to becoming a morning person actually starts at night.
    is to switch off cell phones, TV’s and laptops etc. Get into a routine where you, for at least 10 min before bedtime, do something to “switch off” your brain. Doing Yoga, meditation in candlelight or even reading a book/ magazine is a great way to get into a relaxing mood. The important part is to not be on your phone or any electronics. In fact, set your alarm and leave your cellphone in the lounge, that way when it goes off in the morning, it would actually force you to get of bed, instead of pressing the snooze button and ultimately oversleeping causing a rushed morning. And no good day starts in a hurry. I hope this helps 🙂

      Hey you are absolutely right! I sleep with a total of 2 iPhones, 1 Blackberry an Ipad and various other stuff next to me! Can’t be good for us! Thanks Corinne for sharing your ideas! xo Katie
