Good Morning Everyone
An already busy new Week started and you and especially your kids will love this amazing delicious and healthy Christmas Date Shake!
Its super healthy and very sweet with no additional sugar added.
For this Shake I used:
- 1 – 1.1/2 Glas of Milk (I used lactose free or you can use Almond milk if you are vegan)
- 2-4 medjool Dates
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Ice Cubes
Mix everything together and blend. Adjust the dates according to your taste of sweetness. The Medjool Dates are especially sweet and I would add one after another while tasting it – or it might get too sweet! Add Ice Cubes if you prefer it cold! The cinnamon works so well with the dates and the milk and its perfect for a christmas touch!
