Best Tiramisu Recipe Ever!!

Best Tiramisu Recipe Ever!!

Hello Everyone!

Today I am sharing my most favorite Tiramisu recipe! Its really foolproof and super delicious! Its a BettyBossi Recipe which always develop amazing stuff!

So here we go! For this recipe you need!

  • 50g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250g Mascarpone
  • Lemon Zest
  • Orange Zest
  • 2dl strong Coffee
  • 5 TS Grand Marnier Schnaps
  • 150g Ladyfinger Biscuits

Separate the eggs and add the egg yolks with the sugar until it turns slightly lighter. Beat the egg white with a pinch of salt until stiff. Add the Mascarpone, the orange and lemon zest to the egg yolk and sugar mixture and whisk. Now slowly mix the stiff egg white under the Mascarpone cream until everything is really smooth.

Take a soup plate and mix the coffee and the Grand Marnier Schnaps. Now dip the Biscuits carefully into the sauce so they soak up the the coffee and the schnaps. Be careful here – you don’t want them to be fully wet thus they will soften some more after resting. Now layer the soaked biscuits into a bowl and add the first layer of cream. Repeat with a layer of biscuits and cream. Depending on the hight f your bowl repeat this until full. Sprinkle it with some cocoa powder and now let it rest for at least 4 hours – much better over night!

This is a real treat and very easy to make. I hope you love it as much as I do!

xoxo Katie
