Good Morning Everyone
So this is going to be just a super quick Good Morning Recipe to bring a little sunshine and vitamins to your morning. (Its snowing at my place 🙂 )
This super delicious Mango Lassi is dairy free and Vegan yey!
So in the morning I never have time to prepare a large breakfast during the week – and honestly I need every second of sleep I can get – so this mango lassi is kind of “hearty” when you are not used to eating in the morning but it will defiantly fill you up!
For this delicious Drink I used:
- 1/2 Mango cut into pieces
- 2 TS of soy natural yoghurt
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 TS of Agave Syrup
- sip or lemon juice (only if you like it sweet and sour)
Mix it all together for 2 min until its really mixed and has this beautiful yellowish color!
