Valentines Day is around the corner and an opportunity to show your loved ones how much you love and care about them!
Surprise them with a lovely breakfast or dinner or just a lovely Strawberry Smoothie in Bed – its delicious super nutritious and the perfect start into your Valentines Weekend!
For this Strawberry Smoothie you need:
- 3-4 Strawberries
- 1/2 Banana
- 4 ice cubes
- small piece of ginger
- 1/2 cup Coconut Water
- 12 TS of natural Yoghurt
- 3 TS Brown Sugar or Mascobado
Serve it with a little extra Strawberry slice for garnish – just very delicious and healthy!
