Strawberry Smoothie – Valentines Day Edition

Good Morning Everyone

Valentines Day is around the corner and an opportunity to show your loved ones how much you love and care about them!

Surprise them with a lovely breakfast or dinner or just a lovely Strawberry Smoothie in Bed – its delicious super nutritious and the perfect start into your Valentines Weekend!

For this Strawberry Smoothie you need:

  • 3-4 Strawberries
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 4 ice cubes
  • small piece of ginger
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water
  • 12 TS of natural Yoghurt
  • 3 TS Brown Sugar or Mascobado

Serve it with a little extra Strawberry slice for garnish – just very delicious and healthy!

    Ooh I’m trying to finish off a carton of coconut water, so this is great inspiration, since I have some strawberries in the fridge!
