This is part two of my super delicious and perfect Salad idea for a quick Lunch or a healthy and light Dinner.
Honestly I know Avocado is the current Superstar of all Bloggers and Instagrammers, anyway I don’t care because I am an Avocado”holic” as well – sooryy 🙂 They are just so delicious, healthy and satisfy all my foodie cravings! This Highly Nutritious and Super Delicious “Avocado Salad with red and yellow cherry tomatoes and Feta Cheese”! Yum!
I absolutely love the combination of Feta Cheese and Avocado and I have already posted several Blogpost with different Recipes ( you might like “Avocado and Feta Cheese Sandwich” for example”)! The saltiness of the feta contrasts the natural flavors of the avocado perfectly! The tomatoes add a freshness to the whole salad and complements it! As a seasoning I simply used Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper and If you like you can add hebs such as Basil or Coriander!
There you go as a summary for this recipe you need:
- Hand full of Cherry Tomatoes
- 2-3 slices of Feta Cheese (squeeze it in your hands and it will break into lovely little pieces)
- 1 Avocado
- Variation of Seeds
- Fresh Herbs such as Basil or Coriander
