Hi Guys, Today I am showing you the Best Recipe for a typical Swiss Bircher Muesli!

As everyone keeps telling me, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. As I am not however an early riser and like to quickly get ready in the morning in order to sleep as long as possible – I am showing you an delicious breakfast recipe you can easily prepare the evening before! I hope you try my recipe for “The Ultimate Swiss Bircher Muesli Recipe” (as I am from Switzerland you can trust me on this 😉 ) I hope you enjoy this post and please let me know if you try it at home!!

Bircher Muesli Recipe

4 portions:

2 Tea Mugs of Oats

3 Tea MugsMilk

50ml Orange Juice

1  grated Apple

200g of raspberry Yoghurt

2 handfuls of Berries

various Nuts

150g Medule Dates or Raisins

2 TS of Honey/Agave Syrup

1 TS Vanilla Extract

2 TS Quinoa Puffs

Mix the Oats,Milk,Orange Juice together and let it sit overnight (or at least 2h) in the fridge. In the morning add all the other ingredients, grate in the apple and cut the fruit and berries into the bowl …..enjoy!!!!!
